1. 概述
Introduction
4914090/4914091型调速器是一款基于绿色、环保理念开发出的高性能柴油发动机用调速器。
The 4914090/4914091 governor is a high performance diesel engine speed governor which was developed based on environmental protection concept.
在延续了上一代调速器所拥有的宽电源电压适应能力、抗干扰能力和多种异常工况保护能力等特点的同时,它能进一步控制柴油发动机在启动过程中的废气排放和烟尘浓度,达到节能减排的目的。
As our previous generation products, it includes wide-supply-voltage adaptability, anti -interference ability, and protection ability for a variety of abnormal condition.
It could reduce the emission and smoke during engine start.
它是一款高稳定性、高可靠性、高安全性的柴油发动机环保控制器。
It is a diesel engine protection controller which is stable, reliable and safe.

2.1.1. 适用于Cummins N、M11、K、KV等系列柴油发动机。其中:
It is suitable for N, M11, K, KV series Cummins diesel engine.
4914090型适合N、M11系列,K19及以下排量的K系列发动机;
The 4914090 type is suitable for N, M11 series, K series engine (K19 or below capacity);
4914091型适合K38及以上排量的K(KV)系列发动机。
The 4914091 type is suitable for KV series engine (K38 or above capacity).
2.1.2. 怠速/高速运行模式切换;
Run/Idel mode,
2.1.3. 提供外置速度微调端口,可实现转速的外置手动调节、或配合自动控制器调节;
Remote Speed Adjust,
2.1.4. 怠速/高速运行速度分别的设置;

3.2. 接线方式:

3.2.1. 电源的连接:
Battery:
1#端子为电源正极,2#端子为电源负极。
1# Terminal:Power+;2# Terminal:GND.
连接线需使用1mm2或更粗的多芯铜线进行电源连接。
Use 1mm2 or larger copper wire.
3.2.2. 执行器的连接:
Actuator:
3#、4#号端口为执行器连接端。
3# & 4# Terminals: Actuator
连接线需使用1mm2或更粗的多芯铜线进行电源连接。
Use 1mm2 or larger copper wire.
执行器端不区分正负极,但切勿与地线、机壳短路。
Do not short circuit the terminals to GND.
3.2.3. 转速信号的连接:
Speed Signal:
5#、6#号端口为转速信号连接端,5#端口为信号输入端,6#端口为共地端。

当转速信号源被多个设备公用的时候,务必保证共地端统一。
Make sure the Common Ground Terminals are unified, when the speed signal source is common used by more than one equipment.
3.2.4. 外置微调电位器的连接:
Remote Speed Adjust:
7#、8#、9#端子为外置微调电位器端口,供用户通过控制面板的多圈电位器方便的对转速设定值进行微调。
A potentiometer installed on the panel would be connected to 7#, 8# and 9# terminals as a Remote Speed Adjuster.
电位器应使用47KΩ多圈电位器(零件号:3035105),其中电位器的2#脚(中间端口)对应调速板的8#端子,必要情况下可串联200KΩ电阻以提高微调稳定性。
The 47K- Ohm Potentiometer’s PN is 3035105. 2# pin should be connect to the 8# terminal of Control Governor. A 200K-Ohm resistor could be series connection in the wire in order to improve engine stability, if necessary.
不需要外置微调功能时,8#、9#端子不接线即可。
Keep the 8# and 9# terminals open if Remote Adjusting is not needed.
3.2.5. 怠速/运行模式切换开关的连接:
Idel/Run Mode Switch:
10#端子为怠速/运行模式开关接口,其使用方法为通过开关或继电器与7#端子相连。
10 # terminal is Idle / Run mode switch interface. A switch or relay could be connected between 7# and 10 # terminals.
开关或继电器开路时,调速板工作于运行模式;开关或继电器接通时,调速板工作于怠速模式。
When the switch or relay is open, control governor will work in RUN Mode. When the switch or relay is connected, control governor will work in IDLE Mode.
3.2.6. 公共地线:
Common GND
11#端子为备用的公共地线,一般不需要连接。注意千万不能将蓄电池的负极与其连接,这可能导致控制器的损坏。
11 # terminal is spare GND, and do not need to be connected. Do not attach the battery negative to 11 # terminal, the control governor may be damaged.
3.2.7. 衰减端子:
A、B#端子为扩展的衰减端子,用于消除发动机与发电机的耦合震荡现象,一般不需要连接。
A# and B# terminals are damping, it was needed when the oscillation of the coupling between engine and generator occurred, and do not need to be connected in general condition.
3.3. 调试及使用:

3.3.1. 转速降
Droop
设置运行状态下,发动机由空载状态进入带负载时,转速下降的程度。
This Potentiometer is used to set the speed decline percent when the engine is loaded.
需与增益调节电位器对应调节,使得发动机工作稳定。
Droop Potentiometer is used with Gain Potentiometer in order to keep the engine work stability.
3.3.2. 增益
GAIN
用于设置发动机在负载变化时,速度调节量的快慢。
This Potentiometer is used to set the sensitivity of speed adjustment when the engine’s load is changed.
与转速降电位器对应调节,使得发动机工作稳定。
Gain Potentiometer is used with Droop Potentiometer in order to keep the engine work stability.
3.3.3. 运行转速
RUN
用于设定运行状态的目标转速。
This Potentiometer is used to set the target Run-Speed.
3.3.4. 怠速
IDLE
用于设定怠速状态的目标转速。
This Potentiometer is used to set the target Idle-Speed.
3.3.5. 缓起动控制
SMOOTHLY RISING CONTROL
用于设定启动过程的烟度控制程度。
This setting time is used to set the sensitivity of Smoke Control.
越大的电位器设置值,对应越大当的烟度控制;但较大的烟度控制程度可能导致发动机启动困难。
The larger potentiometer set, the more smoke control. But too large setting time may cause difficult engine start.
建议将电位器设置于10s处。
The potentiometer is usually arranged on the 10s point.
